I am a French Muslim woman, 31 years of age, a qualified secondary-school teacher and a data scientist. I also practise horse riding and the piano, disciplines that have deepened my patience, composure and attention to detail. I was educated through the elite track of French education: three years of classes préparatoires at Lycée Henri IV in Paris, the school that prepares students for France's grandes écoles, followed by the Sorbonne and the École Pratique des Hautes Études, where I completed a Master's in history. I later trained in software engineering and completed a Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Essex, and I work in technology and AI governance in the financial sector. No. I provide private academic support alongside the student's own school. This is not a school, and I do not issue certificates or grades.لا. أقدّم دعماً أكاديمياً خاصاً إلى جانب مدرسة الطالبة. هذه ليست مدرسة، ولا أمنح شهادات أو درجات.
Who teaches the lessons?من يدرّس الحصص؟
I do, every lesson. Should other tutors ever join me, they will be qualified women whom I introduce to the family beforehand.أنا، في كل حصة. وإذا انضمت إليّ معلّمات أخريات مستقبلاً، فسيكنّ نساءً مؤهلات أعرّفهن للأسرة مسبقاً.
In which language are lessons taught?بأي لغة تُدرَّس الحصص؟
I teach in English, or in French for students of the French curriculum. I teach language subjects in the language itself. I am learning Arabic and use it where it helps.أدرّس بالإنجليزية، أو بالفرنسية لطالبات المنهج الفرنسي. وأدرّس مواد اللغات باللغة نفسها. وأتعلم العربية وأستخدمها حيث يفيد.
What are the fees?ما هي الرسوم؟
My fees depend on the subjects, scope and schedule, and I set them out in a written proposal after our introductory conversation.
