What lessons can address
Curriculum support is most effective when it works alongside the student’s school rather than creating a competing programme. Textbooks, teacher instructions, assessed objectives and the school calendar establish the sequence; tutoring provides explanation, consolidation and careful preparation.
- Mapping lessons to the student’s current school sequence
- Clarifying differences in terminology and academic conventions
- Consolidating foundations before extending to harder work
- Maintaining an organised record of priorities and progress
How a lesson is built
Families are asked to share the relevant programme information and current priorities at the start. I then organise work around what the student is expected to understand and produce at school. Where terminology differs between systems, concepts are translated carefully without reducing academic precision.
